2. Scope of Services

Boro Oy provides custom intelligence reports (Playbook), interactive map access, an AI chatbot, and advisory services.

3. Playbook Report Terms

Playbook reports are available for €3,500 per commission with a 72-hour delivery timeframe. The content is AI-assisted and expert-reviewed by Anastasiya Markvarde. These reports are for informational and strategic purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, or investment advice.

3a. Strategic Advisory Service Terms

The Strategic Advisory service provides written strategic responses to specific women's health business questions, personally authored by Anastasiya Markvarde.

• Single Question (€500): One strategic question with a written response (600–1,000 words) delivered within 48 hours. Includes one follow-up clarification question within 14 days.
• Monthly Advisory Retainer (€1,500/month): Up to 4 questions per month, each answered within 48 hours with up to 2 follow-ups per question. Ongoing async thread throughout the month. The retainer may be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused questions within a billing cycle.
• Deep-Dive + Advisory Bundle (€3,500): Combines the full Playbook report with one month of retainer advisory. Subject to both Playbook and Advisory terms.

All advisory responses are AI-assisted in their initial structuring and 100% human-reviewed, edited, and finalized by Anastasiya Markvarde before delivery. Responses are for informational and strategic purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, or investment advice.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is accepted via Stripe (credit card) or direct invoice. Payment is due upon commission. VAT is applied according to Finnish and EU rules.

5. Intellectual Property

Reports are provided for the client's internal use only. Boro Oy retains intellectual property rights in the methodology and frameworks used. Clients may not redistribute the reports without written consent from Boro Oy.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU): B2C clients have a 14-day right of withdrawal, UNLESS they explicitly consent to the delivery of the report beginning before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge the loss of this right upon full delivery. B2B transactions are exempt from this right of withdrawal.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our reports and services are purely informational. Boro Oy is not liable for any business decisions made based on report content. Our maximum liability is capped at the fee paid for the respective service.

8. Confidentiality

Client strategy intake data is treated as strictly confidential. Boro Oy will not share client-specific parameters or information with third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the Espoo District Court.

10. Changes

Boro Oy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
